Marie Kowalski

Marie Kowalski is a senior consultant at Chrysalides-Phygital since April 2024, bringing extensive experience in recruitment and project management. Prior to this role, Marie worked at Anywr from September 2020 to February 2024, holding multiple positions including tools and project manager, responsible for change management during mergers, and leading the recruitment team for IT in Europe. Marie also contributed as manager of the recruitment division at italent from August 2017 to September 2020, managing a team of consultants and optimizing recruitment processes. Prior roles include recruitment and HR business partner positions at ZODIO and Tape à l'oeil, as well as foundational roles in various companies. Marie holds a Master's degree in work psychology and organization management from the University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology.
