Laura McQuay

Laura McQuay, MBA, currently serves as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Chrysalis since July 2025. Prior to this role, Laura held multiple positions at Inner City Law Center from October 2018 to June 2025, including Chief Financial Officer and Finance and Accounting Manager. Laura's experience also includes significant roles in financial management at San Francisco Conservation Corps, Petit Trois, and Restaurants Unlimited Inc., where responsibilities encompassed payroll management, budgeting, accounts payable and receivable, as well as team training and development. Laura holds an MBA from USC Marshall School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Puget Sound.
