Nicole Martin Huezo

Nicole Martin Huezo is a seasoned professional in client services and community affairs with extensive experience in program management and strategic partnerships. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Client Services at Chrysalis since October 2022, Nicole previously held the role of Assistant Vice President and Director of Community Affairs at Neighborhood Housing Services of Los Angeles County, where responsibilities included leading community organizing efforts and representing the organization at various policy and advocacy groups. Notable prior positions include Director of Programs and Strategic Partnerships at EXP Future, where Nicole managed a team and developed new business opportunities, and Manager at AYE, overseeing a performance-based employment training program for underserved youth. Additional experience encompasses teaching English as a second language in various educational settings and early roles in after-school program management. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from Whittier College.
