Shayla Shavers

Shayla Shavers, M.Ed, LPCC-S, currently serves as the State Director for Chrysalis Health in Ohio, a position held since July 2024. Prior to this role, Shayla Shavers spent nearly six years at Signature Health, Inc., where responsibilities included oversight of Behavioral Health Services and providing clinical consultation and support. Previous experience also encompasses positions such as Clinical Director at Kingdom Developers Consulting Inc. and Mental Health Therapist at Applewood Centers Inc. Shayla Shavers has demonstrated a strong background in clinical supervision and program management across various organizations, including Talbert House and Directions for Youth & Families. Shayla Shavers holds a Master of Education in Community Counseling and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, both from Ohio University.
