Nicholas joined Chrysalix in 2020 and is passionate about driving disruptive innovation. Currently, Nicholas focuses on identifying step-change opportunities, creating investment theses, and building venture value in the industrial intelligent systems and industry 4.0 space.
Nicholas has 9 years of experience in sensor system development and commercialization. Before joining Chrysalix, Nicholas worked as Director of R&D for Mequaltech leading the development of innovative sensor, signal processing, and robotics technologies for industrial non-destructive testing and developing close relationships and technology transfers with leading university research groups to drive innovation.
Nicholas holds an MBA in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from the University of British Columbia and a Master of Applied Science from the University of Toronto in sensor development and signal processing. He also holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechatronic Engineering from the University of British Columbia in Vancouver.
