Om Naulakha

Om Naulakha is currently the Vice President at ChrysCapital, where he drives value enhancement and operations excellence for portfolio companies in the Consumer and Manufacturing sectors. Prior to this role, he worked at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) from August 2016 to January 2021, starting as a Manager and eventually being promoted to Project Leader. Om was consistently rated in the top 2% of his batch and received the Star Performer award in 2019. He also won the BCG Olympics Gold medal for an Ops transformation engagement. Om has a strong background in various industries including IT, energy, steel, and finance. He holds an MBA from the Indian School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Birla Institute of Technology and Science.
