With a robust career spanning over two decades at LafargeHolcim, Estelle held multiple roles including Responsable Qualité et Environnement, Responsable procédés en cimenterie, and Ingénieur assistance technico-commerciale et développement produit, culminating as Ingénieur chef de projet R&D matériaux Bétons et produits formulés.
