Jonathan Beloe

Jon Beloe has extensive experience in leadership roles within international humanitarian organizations. Currently serving as the Deputy Executive Director at CHS Alliance, Jon collaborates with the Executive Director to advance strategic objectives for the organization. Previously, Jon held multiple senior positions at the International Rescue Committee, culminating as Senior Director of Program Quality, where responsibilities encompassed enhancing program standards and facilitating organizational learning across 40 country programs. Other significant roles included Director of Strategy, Learning, and Innovation, Director of Adaptive Programs, and Acting Regional Director for the Sahel. Jon's earlier career featured leadership positions at Medair, where disaster response programs were developed, as well as legal advisory roles focused on asylum and human rights. Jon holds a Master’s Degree in Human Rights Law from SOAS University of London and a Master’s Degree in Development Studies from UCL, along with a Bachelor’s Degree in Politics, Philosophy, and History from the University of Southampton.
