Emilie Hasbrouck

Emilie Hasbrouck is a skilled dietitian and food engineer with diverse experience in health and nutrition. Currently serving as a Dietitian at CHS de la Savoie since June 2023, Emilie previously held the position of Technical Engineer for the Auvergne Rhône Alpes food purchasing group at Centre Hospitalier Métropole Savoie - CHMS from April 2021 to June 2023, overseeing food sourcing and regional network activities. Other roles include Quality Manager at Decathlon France and participation in various internships focused on nutrition and food science, including project work on lacto-fermented condiments and ketogenic diets.
