Umer Shariff

Umer Shariff (Assoc. CIPD) has extensive experience in healthcare and project management. Currently, Umer serves as the Director of Commercial Products and has held various roles at Xyla (formerly CHS Healthcare) since January 2016, where Umer contributes to providing multi-faceted services to the NHS. Prior experience includes working as a Project Manager at Yarlet Holdings since July 2011, specializing in property investment and development, and as a Team Manager and Lead Trainer at Allied Healthcare from August 2013 to January 2016, focusing on delivering exceptional domiciliary care. Umer Shariff earned a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing with Philosophy from The Manchester Metropolitan University between 2008 and 2011.
