Chuck Kendall

Chuck Kendall is an experienced professional in environmental health and safety (EHS) with over 25 years in the field. Currently serving as the Director of EHS at CHS since January 2017, Chuck directs the EHS functions for this Fortune 82 company. Previously, Chuck held the position of Corporate Health & Safety Manager - Global at Land O' Lakes, Inc. from December 2006 to January 2017, overseeing safety efforts across over 200 manufacturing and distribution centers. Prior roles include Divisional Corporate Safety Engineer at General Mills, where significant reductions in injury and cost metrics were achieved, and Regional Safety Manager at Kraft Foods Group, responsible for safety across multiple plant facilities. Chuck holds an MBA in Management from Capella University, along with a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Industrial Safety and Hygiene from the University of Minnesota - Duluth.
