Erin Olson

Erin Olson is a seasoned talent management professional with extensive experience across various organizations, including CHS Inc. and Ecolab. At CHS Inc., Erin held multiple leadership roles, culminating in the position of Principal in Talent Management, where oversight involved full lifecycle talent processes and system enhancements. As Senior Director of Talent & Inclusion, an emphasis was placed on leadership mobility and workforce readiness through innovative assessment frameworks. Previous roles at Ecolab included optimizing HR functions for large-scale global talent initiatives. Erin's expertise in talent acquisition and organizational development also stems from tenure at Korn/Ferry International and early career experience at Everlast Climbing Industries. Erin holds a Bachelor's Degree in Social Science/Sociology from Metro State University and a Master's in Human Resources & Change Leadership from the University of St. Thomas.
