Nelson Neale

Nelson Neale is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in general management and strategic leadership within the commodities and financial services sectors. As Vice President and President of CHS Hedging at CHS Inc. since May 2019, Nelson Neale provides financial, operational, and marketing expertise for a registered Future Commissions Merchant. Previously, Nelson Neale served as Head of Services, Finance and Risk Programs at Land O'Lakes, where responsibility included establishing service offerings for WinField United Financial Services. Additional roles include consulting for commodity risk management at the World Bank and providing strategic management consulting at Oliver Wyman. Nelson Neale has held senior positions at Tyson Foods, UBS Investment Bank, and Enron, focusing on market and risk analysis in trading environments. Academically, Nelson Neale holds a PhD in Engineering from Rice University, an MS in Engineering from North Carolina State University, and a BS in Math from Davidson College.
