Patty Curtice

Patty Curtice, PMP, MBA, currently serves as the Program Director for Records Information Management at CHS Inc. since December 2023. Prior to this, Patty held a Senior Program Manager position in Infrastructure Change Management at Amazon and worked as a Senior People Transformation Lead at Amazon Web Services, focusing on culture and change leadership strategies. Patty also has experience as the Organizational Change Management Lead for Ramsey County during a cloud-based technology implementation while contracted through Hollstadt Consulting. Previous roles include Director of Risk and Compliance at Target, Associate Organizational Change Management Lead at Booz Allen Hamilton, and Business Group Manager for the City of Naperville. Patty's career began as a Senior Manager in Organizational Change Management at Deloitte Consulting. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Strategy and MIS from the UMN Carlson School of Management and a BBA in Strategic Management and Marketing from the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business.
