Andrew Jones

Andrew Jones has extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as the Director of Claims Operations for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa at Chubb since September 2022. Previously, Andrew held multiple leadership positions at Zurich Insurance plc between June 2015 and September 2022, including Head of Express & Retail Claims and Strategic Execution Manager. Andrew's career began at Allianz from March 2004 to August 2007, where expertise was developed in handling motor claims, personal injury, and fraud. Currently, Andrew is pursuing an EMCC Foundation Certificate in Transformational Coaching from Catalyst 14 and holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
