Anne Marie McCaughey, CBCP, currently serves as the Head of Operations & Technology Strategy and Planning for North America at Chubb since May 2021, where responsibilities include developing a unified vision and driving financial management related to automation and straight-through processing goals. Previously, Anne Marie held the position of Global Head of Business & Technology Resiliency at Chubb, overseeing resiliency planning and strategy integration. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Consultant at FarrHR Solutions, SVP Head of IT Resiliency & Infrastructure Chief of Staff at Santander US, and multiple senior positions at State Street, where significant achievements included establishing client onboarding programs and technology resiliency initiatives.
