Camila Serna

Camila Serna is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in digital acceleration and corporate strategy. At Chubb, Serna has held multiple leadership roles, including EVP and SVP of Global Head of Digital Acceleration, VP of Digital Portfolio Manager, and VP of Global Corporate Strategy. Prior to Chubb, Serna served as Engagement Manager at Oliver Wyman and held various analytical positions at Progressive Insurance, including Product Analyst and Senior Pricing Analyst. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Operations Research from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University, and a degree in Industrial Engineering, Finance, and Economics from Universidad de Los Andes.
