Courtney Jones

Courtney Jones is an experienced professional in the fields of diversity, equity, and inclusion, with a strong background in client experience and strategic consulting. Courtney has held key roles such as Senior Vice President of Client Experience at United Minds and Vice President of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Nielsen. Additional positions include Vice President of University Relations and Talent Marketing, as well as Vice President of Multicultural Growth and Strategy at Nielsen. Prior to these roles, Courtney served as an Account Executive at Acme Communications and currently operates C Jones Consulting LLC as a consultant and strategic advisor. Courtney holds both a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management and an MBA in Marketing from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University.
