Elizabeth Shpiner

Elizabeth Shpiner has over two decades of experience in the field of customer experience and business analysis, currently serving as AVP, Customer Experience Analyst at Chubb since June 1998, with a progressive career that includes roles such as Senior Business Analyst and IT Business Analyst. Prior to Chubb, Elizabeth worked as a Wrap Desk Coordinator at Bath & Body Works and served as a Resident Assistant at Ithaca College. Educational qualifications include a User Experience Design Certificate from Rutgers University, a Mainframe Programming Certificate from The Chubb Institute, and a BA in Music and Drama from Ithaca College. Elizabeth completed secondary education at Mt Olive High School.
