Einar Hafberg has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several industries and roles. Starting in 1997, they founded and served as CEO of HSC, a company that developed a multilingual reservation system for hotels and travel agents. Einar then led Cenium AS as CEO, overseeing a major implementation project for the Cenium Property Management System for Choice Hotels. From 2002 to 2005, they also served as CEO of Kaizen and managed the 15 Million USD implementation project. In 2008, they became the BI Group Manager at HugurAx, leading the division in providing performance management and business intelligence solutions. In 2011, they joined Capgemini as a management consultant responsible for performance management projects in various industries. In 2010, they started their own company, Ásýnd, which provided affordable business intelligence solutions in a SaaS model. Einar also served as CEO of MARKVISS, providing online coaching and consulting services. Currently, they hold the positions of Head of Data Integrations and Leder BI Utvikling at Gjensidige.
