Einar Hafberg

Einar Hafberg has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several industries and roles. Starting in 1997, they founded and served as CEO of HSC, a company that developed a multilingual reservation system for hotels and travel agents. Einar then led Cenium AS as CEO, overseeing a major implementation project for the Cenium Property Management System for Choice Hotels. From 2002 to 2005, they also served as CEO of Kaizen and managed the 15 Million USD implementation project. In 2008, they became the BI Group Manager at HugurAx, leading the division in providing performance management and business intelligence solutions. In 2011, they joined Capgemini as a management consultant responsible for performance management projects in various industries. In 2010, they started their own company, Ásýnd, which provided affordable business intelligence solutions in a SaaS model. Einar also served as CEO of MARKVISS, providing online coaching and consulting services. Currently, they hold the positions of Head of Data Integrations and Leder BI Utvikling at Gjensidige. Throughout their career, Einar has demonstrated expertise in developing, analyzing, designing, and implementing innovative solutions, as well as fundraising and sales.

Einar Hafberg's education history includes the following:

- Einar Hafberg attended Háskóli Íslands, where they studied Project Management and Leadership until 2006.

- Prior to that, they also studied Business Administration at Háskóli Íslands until 1999.

- Einar Hafberg pursued System Analyst studies at Reykjavik University until 1991.

In addition to their education, Einar Hafberg has obtained various certifications, including Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft in 2020, The Open Group Certified: TOGAF® 9 Certified from The Open Group in 2015, Togaf 9 also from The Open Group in 2015, Green Belt Lean Six Sigma from Capgemini in 2014, Yellow Belt Lean & Six Sigma from Capgemini in 2014, and Certified Project Manager, CPM from IPMA: International Project Management Association in 2006.
