With extensive experience in claims management, Garry previously held roles at ACE Group, Capita, and NFU Mutual, contributing to both technical claims leadership and client relationships. They have a proven track record of enhancing claims processes and systems, coupled with over 15 years of experience in technical claims handling. Garry holds a Diploma in Insurance from Mid Kent College, attained from 1992 to 1995.
