Glenda Davies

Glenda Davies has extensive experience in human resources, specifically in leadership roles across various organizations. At Chubb from July 2014 to December 2023, Glenda served as EVP HR for Global Life and Non-Life Asia Pacific and previously as SVP, Regional Head HR, Asia Pacific. Prior to Chubb, Glenda held the position of Head of HR at Berge Bulk from August 2012 to July 2014, and also worked as Director at GLOW HR, focusing on HR consulting and performance coaching from August 2011 to August 2012. Glenda's earlier experience includes serving as HR Director for Specialty Business in Asia & the Middle East at RSA from January 2007 to November 2011, where responsibilities included organization development and talent management, and other roles in employer branding and recruitment. Glenda holds a BA (Hons) in European Business Studies from Ulster University, completed in June 1995.
