Jaimey Bly

Jaimey Bly, MBA, FLMI, currently serves as the AVP North American Operations Execution Lead at Chubb, where leadership is provided to cross-functional teams focused on automation and digitization solutions. Prior to this role, Jaimey spent over 22 years at Nationwide, where significant positions included Director of Product for the Excess & Surplus Specialty division, overseeing product technology and compliance, and Director of Business Consulting, leading teams in business process optimization and data governance. Additional experience includes managing multiple departments and teams across various aspects of insurance operations, as well as significant contributions to cost savings and operational efficiency. Jaimey holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Ohio Dominican University and a Bachelor’s in Accounting from Franklin University, complemented by professional designations from LOMA.
