Karl Zimmerman

Karl Zimmerman serves as the Assistant Vice President of Talent Acquisition for Global Digital, Analytics & Risk at Chubb. Previous roles include leading Talent Acquisition for Unisys in the US&C region, where responsibilities encompassed strategic hiring, diversity initiatives, and employer branding, as well as serving as a Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition. Prior experience at The Judge Group involved executive search recruitment, account management, and client relationship management. Karl also held the position of Director of Operations at Total Laundry Services, focusing on human resources, employee training and development, and account management. Earlier in the career, Karl was a District Manager at Healthcare Services Group, Inc., with a focus on training, development, team leadership, and financial analysis. Karl is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland, having completed studies at St. Joseph's Prep.
