Kevin Hannan serves as the Global Lead for Talent Development at Chubb, where responsibilities include leading the global center of expertise for building leadership, management, sales, and professional capabilities since December 2002. With a robust background in Learning & Development, Hannan has modernized curricula and implemented programs focusing on management, leadership, sales, DEI, and individual contributor capabilities. Previous roles at Chubb include Vice President and Talent & Development Leader, where Hannan designed and facilitated various leadership and management programs, contributing to enhanced organizational climate through coaching. Prior experience spans professional development at Deloitte, corporate learning at JPMorgan Chase & Co., and human resources at Alex. Brown & Sons Inc.
