Mike Croy

Mike Croy has over 20 years of experience in information technology and cybersecurity, currently serving as the Head of Global Security Operations at Chubb since December 2014. In this role, Mike manages global teams focused on Security Operations, Vulnerability Management, and Application Security. Prior to this, Mike held multiple leadership positions at Chubb, including Vice President of Cybersecurity Services and Vice President of Information Security Strategy & Programs, where responsibilities involved risk identification and program management across the global Information Security organization. Earlier experience includes a tenure at SunGard Availability Services as Director of IT Infrastructure and Operations, where Mike led a global team and oversaw IT Service Management. Mike's career also includes military service as a Staff Sergeant in the US Army Reserves, where technical leadership was provided to support IT for a Medical Training Brigade. Mike holds a BA in Political Science from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
