Oliver Hoare

Oliver Hoare is currently the Director of Latam Finance Transformation at Chubb, where they oversee finance transformation projects across the region. With extensive experience in project management, business analysis, and systems support management, Oliver has a proven track record of leading high-performing teams to achieve ambitious goals while managing costs effectively. Previously, Oliver held various leadership roles at AIG, where they executed global financial solutions and implemented significant process improvements across Latin America and the Caribbean. Oliver is also pursuing degrees in Analysis and Design of Management Information Systems from Columbia University and Business Studies with a focus on Marketing and Finance from Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology.
