Sarah O'Connell

Sarah O'Connell has extensive experience in claims management, currently serving as Assistant Vice President of NA Claim Operations at Chubb since July 2007. Responsibilities include supervising examiners, providing technical guidance on claims, conducting performance reviews, and managing external vendors. Previous roles at Chubb include Auto Claim Supervisor and Claim Examiner III, where Sarah demonstrated leadership in handling auto claims, mentoring new employees, and actively participating in departmental committees. Prior to Chubb, leadership experience was gained as an On Site Supervisor at Harmonium, Inc., overseeing site operations, staff management, and program compliance. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from San Diego State University.
