David Totemoff

David first served on Chugach’s Board of Directors in 1979. Since then, he has served from 2000 to 2003, and from 2004 to present. He is Chugach’s Corporate Secretary and Lands and Cultural Resources Committee Chair. He also serves as a Board Member for the Chugach School District. David resides in the Village of Tatitlek where he is retired and owns Possibility Bags.
