Kate Ayers

Kate Ayers is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in energy efficiency and sustainability. Since January 2013, Kate has held multiple roles at Chugach Electric Association, currently serving as Senior Manager of Key Accounts and Sustainability, where responsibilities include developing and managing energy efficiency programs. Prior experience includes roles as Engineering Assistant II for the State of Alaska, contributing to transportation engineering projects, and serving as Clean Energy Coordinator at Alaska Conservation Alliance, where relationships with utilities and energy experts were cultivated. Kate also has a background in traffic engineering from previous roles at HDJ Design Group and Mackenzie. Academic credentials include a Master's in Strategic Leadership Towards Sustainability from Blekinge Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering from the University of Portland.
