Katie Millen

Katie Millen, PHR, serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Chugach Electric Association since June 2018, previously holding roles as Senior Manager and Human Resource Manager within the company. Prior to this, Katie worked at Alaska Village Electric Cooperative from February 2003 to June 2018, where responsibilities included overseeing member and employee relations, executing member outreach programs, and managing HR and payroll functions. Katie earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Western Governors University in 2014 and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resources Management and Services from Wayland Baptist University in 2007. Additional educational background includes studies at the University of Alaska Anchorage.
