Michael Moskowitz

Michael Moskowitz is the Chair of the Bankruptcy and Creditors' Rights Practice Group at Falcon Rappaport & Berkman LLP. Michael has had extensive experience in representing banks and credit unions in litigation matters in New York and New Jersey. Prior to this role, Michael served as Of Counsel at Chuhak & Tecson, P.C. and Saiber LLC, where Michael specialized in creditor's rights, bankruptcy, foreclosures, and business litigation for lender clients. Additionally, Michael is a member of the Bankruptcy Committee and Bankruptcy Referral Panel at the Nassau County Bar Association. With a background in law and business administration, Michael has demonstrated a long-standing commitment to their legal practice and professional organizations.
