Senior Vice President, Assistant General Counsel - Head Of Litigation at Atlantic Union Bank

Elizabeth Timkovich has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Elizabeth started their career at GE as an In-House Summer Associate for Litigation in 2000. Elizabeth then worked at Axinn, Veltrop & Harkrider LLP from 2002 to 2007 as an Associate. From 2007 to 2009, they worked at Hunton & Williams LLP as an Associate. Elizabeth then joined Winston & Strawn LLP, where they served as an Associate from 2009 to 2011 before becoming a Partner from 2011 to 2017. In 2017, they joined Wells Fargo as Vice President and Senior Counsel for the Home Lending business. Elizabeth held various roles at Wells Fargo, including Vice President, Senior Company Counsel from 2020 to 2021. Recently, in 2021, they joined Atlantic Union Bank as Vice President, Senior Counsel-Head of Litigation.

Elizabeth Timkovich completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in History & Russian at The University of Alabama, where they attended from 1995 to 1999. Following this, they pursued a Juris Doctor degree at Yale Law School, from 1999 to 2002.
