Elizabeth von Klan

Elizabeth von Klan, MS, RDN, currently serves as the Registered Dietitian Supervisor for the Chula Vista Elementary School District, focusing on monitoring nutrition activities and training staff to implement healthy food service programs. Prior experience includes roles as an Eating Disorder Dietitian and Eating Recovery Technician at Montecatini Eating Disorder Treatment Center, where Elizabeth supported recovery through meal exposure groups. Additional experience encompasses an internship with the American Heart Association, assisting with the Heart Check Food Certification Program, and various positions at the University of California, Davis, including Group Lifestyle Balance Coach for diabetes prevention and Student Coordinator for a fruit and vegetable access program. Elizabeth holds a Master of Science in Nutrition, Healthspan, and Longevity from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science in Clinical Nutrition from the University of California, Davis.
