Candice Johnson began their work experience at Carat Canada Inc in 1999, where they worked as an Assistant Account Executive. In 2000, they transitioned to Chumney & Associates, where they held the role of Media Director.

Candice Johnson obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Marketing from Florida Atlantic University. Additionally, they have obtained a Google Ads Video Certification from Google in August 2023.
