Marta Ballesteros has a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Administration from Universidad Autonoma de Barcelona. Marta started their career as a Senior Auditor at Arthur Andersen for 5 years before moving to Deloitte Consulting as a Category Licensing Manager for 5 years. Currently, Marta works at Chupa Chups compañía del Grupo Perfetti Van Melle as the Global Licensing Manager, overseeing the international licensing business of several Perfetti Van Melle Brands.
