Barb Tushoski

Barb Tushoski is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources Operations & Workforce Planning at Church Mutual Insurance Company, S.I. since May 2013, Barb has also held positions such as Human Resources Manager and Performance Management Specialist within the same organization. Prior experience includes serving as an Employee Relations Specialist at Aspirus and HR Partner/Benefit Liaison at a confidential company. Additionally, Barb worked as a Human Resource Consultant at Children's Hospital of Wisconsin and as a Human Resource Representative at Children's Service Society of Wisconsin. Barb earned a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater in 1999.
