Christopher M. Schumacher

Chris Schumacher joined Church Mutual as an actuarial consultant in April 2012. He was promoted to an assistant actuary in February 2013 and actuary in February 2016 and senior actuary in February 2019. Schumacher was promoted to assistant vice president – senior actuary in January 2022. His focus will be on leading predictive analytics and pricing-related activities.

Schumacher earned his bachelor’s degree in mathematics and business administration from the University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point. He has a specialization in Deep Learning, is a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society, is a Certified Specialist in Predictive Analytics, and is a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries.
