Pam Rushing

Pam Rushing currently serves as CUO and President of Subsidiaries at Church Mutual Insurance Company, S.I., since June 2023. Previously, Rushing held multiple leadership roles at The Hanover Insurance Group, including President of Specialty Property and Casualty, President of Alternative Markets, and Chief Underwriting Officer for Specialty-Casualty from December 2019 to June 2023. Rushing's earlier experience includes a position as a Commercial Lines Underwriter at Indiana Insurance from June 2006 to April 2010 and as an Underwriter at Travelers Insurance from November 2002 to June 2006. Rushing obtained dual Bachelor's degrees in Marketing and Risk Management from both the Wisconsin School of Business and the University of West London, during the period from January 1993 to January 1997.
