Richard Dorman

Richard Dorman, CIC, CRM, serves as the Regional Director at Church Mutual Insurance Company, S.I. since June 2007, overseeing a team focused on sales and strategic business development. Previously held two roles as Division Manager, directing sales and service teams for Non-Profit and Religious clients in various states, and started as a Regional Sales Representative, where notable achievements included revitalizing a struggling territory. Richard has a background in spiritual leadership as a Pastor for Southern Baptist Churches in North Carolina and Virginia from 1999 to 2013, and managerial experience at Chick-fil-A Restaurants, where leadership in operations led to record-breaking sales. Richard holds a degree from Judson College, earned in December 2001.
