Alistair Cumming

Alistair Cumming is an experienced professional in learning and development with a diverse background across various sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Learning and Development at Lidl GB since June 2018, Alistair has also held prominent roles such as Auxiliary Minister for the Church of Scotland and various leadership positions at Babcock International Group, Bosch, Ofsted, and the British Transport Police. Alistair's expertise encompasses training design, organizational development, and implementation of efficiency improvements, with notable achievements including the establishment of a National Task Force to combat metal theft. Academic qualifications include a PG Certificate in Christian Studies from the University of Aberdeen and an MSc in Human Resource Development from Nottingham Trent University.
