Frank P. Armstrong

Frank Armstrong is an accomplished actuary with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the financial and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as Chief Actuary and Senior Vice President of Medical Trust at Church Pension Group since January 2011, Frank previously held the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Prior to Church Pension Group, Frank was a Consulting Actuary at Aon Hewitt from 1997 to 2010, and before that, served as a Health Care Actuary at Buck Consultants from August 1994 to September 1997. Frank Armstrong earned a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Economics from Rutgers University between 1987 and 1990.
