Shintaro Kaji

Shintaro "Shane" Kaji is an experienced operations and business development leader with over 15 years in the entertainment industry. Currently serving as COO and EVP of Business Development/Operations at Round One Entertainment Inc. since June 2010, Shane has successfully managed store development, including project management, market research, site surveys, lease negotiations, store design, and construction management, resulting in the opening of 38 new locations nationwide. Prior to this role, Shane held various positions at Round One Corporation, including Regional Manager of Operations and General Manager of Operations, and contributed to international business as an Assistant Manager at Nissan Motor Corporation. Shane holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering, specializing in Robotics, from Waseda University, completed in 2005.
