Jon Brown has extensive experience in both ministry and organizational leadership. Since July 1992, Jon has served as a Pastor at Church Without Walls. Prior to this role, Jon worked for the City of Elkhart from June 1976 until January 2023, where Jon held the position of Distribution System Supervisor. Additionally, from April 2009 to July 2014, Jon was the Former Regional Pastor for the Indiana Michigan Mennonite Conference. Jon holds a Master's degree in Ministry from Bethel College and a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from Purdue University.
