Katherine Boatwright

Katherine Boatwright serves as the Senior Director of Global Operations at Church World Service since March 2022, leveraging extensive experience in operational management and disaster response. Previously, Katherine held the position of Director of Operations at National VOAD from August 2015 to February 2022, overseeing financial management, event logistics, and project development. Katherine also spent time at Harlem RBI, managing both the AmeriCorps program and volunteer operations, which included compliance for a $1.7 million grant and volunteer coordination. Additionally, Katherine directed recovery coordination services at All Hands Volunteers and interned with FEMA as a Voluntary Agency Liaison. Katherine holds a Master's degree in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from The New School and a Bachelor's degree in Event Management from the University of Florida.
