Erin Hood

Erin is a Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Churchill Asset Management, an affiliate of Nuveen. Erin provides day-to-day legal support to Churchill as part of Nuveen’s private credit platform, with a particular focus on its sponsored funds and structured products. Prior to joining the organization in 2022, Erin was an associate at Dechert LLP, specializing in structured finance transactions. She began her legal career as an associate at Milbank LLP in the Alternative Investments group.

Erin graduated from the University of Maryland and received her juris doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law.
