John McCally

John McCally serves as General Counsel and Senior Managing Director at Churchill Asset Management since January 2022. Prior to this role, McCally worked at Nuveen, a TIAA company, from November 2010 to January 2022 as Managing Director and Associate General Counsel. Earlier experience includes an associate position at Cadwalader Wickersham and Taft from May 2005 to November 2010, where McCally represented banks and financial institutions in structuring and negotiating various financial products. McCally earned a Juris Doctor from The George Washington University Law School (2006) and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English with a History minor from Duke University (2002).
