Matt Caulfield

Matt joined Churchill Asset Management in August 2021 and serves as a Senior Associate in the underwriting and portfolio management group with more than five years of leveraged finance experience. Most recently, Matt was a member of the middle market senior debt group at Manulife Investment Management. Matt started in leveraged finance at Crestline Denali Capital, a CLO asset manager. He began his career in the Deals practice at PWC in Chicago as a consultant advising clients on accounting considerations for capital markets and M&A activity.

Matt graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a B.S. in Finance and a B.S. in Accountancy.
