Guillermo Amor Aderman

Guillermo Amor Aderman has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Guillermo began their career in 2005 as a Jr Marketing Analyst at Six Flags, where they worked until 2008. Guillermo then moved on to Netquest, where they served as a Marketing Manager from 2013 to 2015. In 2016, they joined Kelly/Google as an Account Manager, working until 2017. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as a Sales and Marketing Advisor at Nolte Worldwide. In 2018, they joined KAYAK as the Head of Sales and Marketing Mexico, staying with the company until 2019. Guillermo then became the Partner Affiliate Director at Credijusto.com from 2019 to 2021. In 2021, they worked as a Business Advisor at Pagaloop. Their most recent positions include Country Managing Director roles at DT One, first in Mexico from January to May 2022, then in Mexico & Central America from May to December 2022, and finally in Latam starting in December 2022.

Guillermo Amor Aderman holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from EGADE Business School del Tecnológico de Monterrey, which they obtained from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, in 2018, they studied Portuguese language (A2 level) at Casa do Brasil. In the same year, they also earned a certificate in Negotiation Mastery from Harvard Business School Online. Earlier in their education, from 2010 to 2013, Guillermo pursued a Bachelor's degree in Digital Animation Art and Design at Centro Universitario de la Comunicación. Before that, from 2008 to 2010, they studied Animation and Visual Effects at Emily Carr University of Art and Design. In terms of certifications, Guillermo obtained the AdWords Display Certification and AdWords Fundamentals from Google in March 2018. Guillermo also holds a Diploma in Project Management obtained from ALISON - Free Online Learning and is certified as a Scrum Fundamentals Certified (SFC) by SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile. Additionally, Guillermo obtained an Inbound Certification from HubSpot in May 2016.
