Glenn R. August, Founder & Chief Executive Officer, has overall management responsibility for OHA. In addition, he serves as global head of the firm’s distressed investment activities. Mr. August chairs or serves on various firm committees, including the partnership, investment strategy and several fund investment committees. He co-founded the predecessor investment firm to OHA in 1987 and took responsibility for the firm’s credit and distressed investment activities in 1990. Mr. August has played leadership roles in numerous restructurings and, since 1987, has served on ten corporate boards. Mr. August serves on the Board of Directors for Churchill Capital Corporation II and Churchill Capital Corporation III, which are both special purpose acquisition companies (“SPAC”). He also serves on the Board of Trustees of Horace Mann School and The Mount Sinai Medical Center, and on the Board of Directors of the 92nd St. Y. He earned an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, where he was a Baker Scholar, and a B.S. from Cornell University.
